Outstanda is an educational skill-building platform for K–8 students available at outstanda.com. These Terms govern your use of the platform. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Outstanda.
Parent accounts: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
Student accounts: Student accounts are created by parents or authorized school staff. Students log in using a username and PIN set by their parent or teacher.
School accounts: Schools purchasing access for multiple students are responsible for ensuring appropriate consents are in place for all students they enroll.
Outstanda is intended for children under 13 only with parental consent. By adding a child under 13, you confirm that:
We do not allow children under 13 to create their own accounts. If you believe a child has an account without proper authorization, contact us at [email protected] and we will remove it promptly.
Parent plans: $10/month for the first child, $5/month for each additional child. Billed monthly with a 7-day free trial for new accounts. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds.
School plans: Billed annually at a per-student rate agreed at purchase.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
You agree not to share login credentials, access another user's account, use the platform for anything other than educational purposes, or attempt to copy or scrape platform content.
All platform content — passages, questions, math problems, writing prompts — is owned by or licensed to Outstanda. Student work belongs to the student and their parent or school. We use student work solely to deliver and improve the service.
The platform is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about specific educational outcomes. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
